We've helped our customers See It Through...And Through...And Through
Over the past year we’ve been able to help countless Australians see it through in times of need. Because of this, we’ve been awarded the Australian Insurance Industry Awards’ 2015 Large General Insurance Company of the Year, 2015 NIBA General Insurer of the Year and 2015 Insurance Business Magazine’s Insurer of the Year. But this doesn’t mean our work is done. We will strive to continue working hard to help our customers see it through for years to come.
2015 Australian Insurance Industry Awards Large General Insurance Company of the Year
This award recognises general insurance companies with annual GWP of over $600 million that have demonstrated strong performance and outstanding service for their customers in Australia.
2015 NIBA General Insurer of the Year Award
This award recognises the best overall insurer for product and service quality and is voted by more than 1,100 insurance brokers in the annual NIBA survey.
2015 Insurance Business magazine’s Insurer of the Year
CGU took out the overall prize for 2015 after coming top in six of the 13 categories surveyed, and top-three in a further five categories.
