For Consumer Credit Insurance claims, including disability, involuntary unemployment, trauma, life and auto equity, please contact the Consumer Credit Insurance claims team on 1800 248 224. The team is available from 8:30am–5pm (AEDT).

Please fill in the relevant Consumer Credit Insurance claim form and send it either via email, fax or mail:

Once your claim has been lodged, we will allocate a claims officer to your claim who will keep you informed on the progress of your claim.
