In the unfortunate event that you need to make a claim for life insurance, we will make the process as easy as possible, with a personal claims consultant to support you through the process.
To lodge a claim, please download the relevant Life claim form or contact us (8:30am–5pm AEDT, Mon–Fri) on 1800 248 543 (1800 CGU LIFE) and we will post the claim form to you.
