  3. Click on Create claim.

What can I do in my online account?

If a learner driver uses my car, do I need to list them on my policy?

You don’t need to list them on your policy unless they’re the registered owner of the car. We cover anyone who drives your car if they’re following the conditions of their licence. However, for any driver not listed on your policy an undisclosed driver excess may apply.

Step 1. Call 132 480 (24 hours/7 days a week) with your policy number and any details you have (like where the incident happened and if anyone else was involved).

Step 2. We’ll assign one of our consultants to your claim and give you a claim reference number.
