CGU is no longer offering new policies

CGU has reviewed the Life Insurance product which was previously available for purchase directly on our website. Due to the low number of policies sold, CGU has decided to no longer offer its direct Life Insurance product, effective from 9 February 2018.

Existing CGU Life insurance policies

We will continue to provide cover to our existing Life insurance customers and will provide annual renewals where policyholders continue to meet the eligibility guidelines. If you wish to inquire about or make changes to an existing policy, you can call us on 13 24 81 (8am–8pm AEDT, Mon–Fri).

You can access claims information online or call 13 24 80 (8:30am–5pm AEDT, Mon–Fri) for assistance with the claims process.
